New Fluent Dispensary Brings Expanded Access, Product Variety to Brandon Patients
TAMPA, Fla. – Medical marijuana operator FLUENT Corp. has opened a new Fluent Cannabis dispensary in Brandon, Florida, marking the latest step in the company’s effort to deepen its footprint in high-demand markets across the state.
The 2,800-square-foot medical cannabis dispensary, located at 1401 W. Brandon Blvd. in Brandon, is serving patients, with a grand opening celebration scheduled for November 22, 2025. Company officials say the Brandon site is designed to balance convenience, efficiency, and education for patients navigating Florida’s growing medical cannabis program.
According to FLUENT, the Brandon location features a drive-thru lane for patients who prefer to pick up online orders without leaving their vehicles, an open showroom floor, and self-ordering kiosks intended to streamline the in-store experience. The store is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., aligning its hours with many of the company’s other Florida dispensaries.
“Opening in Brandon underscores our disciplined approach to growth,” FLUENT Interim CEO Dave Vautrin said in a statement announcing the launch. “By focusing investment on high-performing markets and strategic growth opportunities, we’re expanding where demand is strongest, ensuring each location delivers the highest level of service and operational performance, and positioning FLUENT to deliver stronger returns while better serving our communities.”
The Brandon dispensary carries FLUENT’s full line of medical cannabis products, including whole flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vape cartridges, edibles, capsules, tinctures, and topicals. The store is also among the first in the state to highlight the company’s recently launched Bag-O 7-gram ground flower line, marketed as a value-driven option for patients who prefer ready-to-use cannabis for vaporizers and home use.
To introduce the new store to the community, FLUENT plans an all-day grand opening event featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony, food truck service, doorbuster promotions, product giveaways, and brand education sessions. The company says a telehealth office will be on-site during the celebration to help prospective patients learn about Florida’s medical marijuana rules and, where appropriate, connect with physicians who can evaluate them for a state medical cannabis card.
The opening comes as Florida’s medical marijuana market continues to expand, with hundreds of thousands of active patients statewide and dozens of licensed medical marijuana treatment centers competing on access and patient services.
The Brandon opening adds to FLUENT’s network of dispensaries stretching across Florida, where the company has been operating since the early years of the state’s medical marijuana program. FLUENT, which trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol FNT.U and on the OTCQB as CNTMF, also operates in New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas as part of its multi-state platform.
In its announcement, the company framed the Brandon store as part of a broader retail optimization strategy that concentrates investment in dense population corridors around Tampa Bay and Central Florida. Additional Florida locations in Orlando’s Sand Lake area and Palm Bay are slated to open over the coming months, moves the company says will expand its nationwide footprint to 39 dispensaries.
